Kevin De Bruyne will soon start games for Manchester City, according to Pep Guardiola, but he has stressed that he does not plan to take any chances with the playmaker.
After undergoing surgery to treat a hamstring injury that kept him out of action for five months, De Bruyne has made three substitute appearances for the Citizens.
The Belgian’s most recent appearance was a 25-minute cameo in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Friday night as Man City defeated Tottenham Hotspur 1-0 on the road.
