Mason Greenwood is apparently attracting interest from a number of clubs, including Manchester United, and Getafe will find it difficult to sign him permanently next summer.
The attacker joined Getafe on loan during the summer after receiving word from the 20-time English champions that his time with them was up. In 11 games across all competitions, he has scored four goals and provided three assists for the La Liga team.

The Sun claims that Real Sociedad and Valencia are both keen to sign him, and that they are in the lead over Getafe in terms of a long-term transfer.
Greenwood ‘has truly settled’ in Spain, according to the source, and he is willing to finalise a long-term transfer to a Spanish team during the summer transfer window of 2019.
After making ten appearances in the Champions League for Manchester United, Real Sociedad is competing in the competition this season and hopes to return the following year.

Greenwood’s detention in early 2022 was the subject of an inquiry that the Red Devils concluded in August, at which point the player announced his retirement from the team.
