Star all-around player Ravindra Jadeja has not yet arrived in South Africa to join the team; he has been travelling Europe following the World Cup. The seasoned all-rounder has been named the T20I team’s vice-captain.
Shubman Gill, the opening batsman, has not arrived in Durban either, aside from him. According to reports, he is in the UK and will shortly travel to South Africa to join his colleagues.
According to the report, a member of the support staff and both players have obtained authorization from the BCCI to join the team.
