However, given Blackburn’s current struggles in the Championship and their preference to avoid a relegation war over a promotion bid, offers close to £10 million might be taken into consideration.
The England Under-20 international is reportedly admired by Newcastle United as well, even though they aren’t in a position to sign him long-term right now.
